This item I've classed as 'Used', it hasn't been used / fitted on a bike, it has a few extremely minor surface spots due to storage, hardly noticeable. As can be seen in the pictures, I've tried to show the few marks on it: 
Bolt Mount Washer
Marks in the Chrome - looks as if it had been chromed before being filed properly
Paint chipped away where the spring bottom catch is
Slight blemishes in the enamel coating
