I pride myself on a fast processing of orders placed! I know that once you have ordered, you don't want to be kept waiting so I will make every effort to get your parts sent to you as soon as possible. Items will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 2 working days. All UK shipments will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. These can be expected to arrive within 2 days, but there is no guarantee associated with this service. Larger UK parcels may be sent via courier. All non-UK shipments weighing less than 2kg will be sent using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Depending on the quantity and amount of the order, tracking information will be available for this service. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but are typically 5 working days for mainland Europe and 10 days for more remote destinations. Non-UK shipments weighing more than 2kg will be sent using a courier service, typically DHL, Fedex or UPS. Delivery times will depend on the service used. I will send an email confirmation once the order has been shipped to all customers.

If there is a fault with your purchase, then please contact me to arrange its return and replacement - or a refund if that is what you prefer. The following conditions apply to the return of faulty products:
• The buyer should initially pay for the cost of returning the goods. This will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.
• Items are returned complete with all packaging wherever possible.
I cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
