Spares produced in-house include thicker gaskets made from 1/16" fuel & oil resistant gasket material. Perfect for casings which may have very slight damage to the faces on each or both casings, giving more flexibility




I also restore genuine used original parts that I find, these include BSA rear shock absorbers, chainguards, Tiger Cub Footrests, Tiger Cub fork leg bottoms & BSA headlight cowls etc. Once I have restored them they will be placed in the "used spares" shopping page ready to be purchased. As with all "used" spares, they are "used" & could still show some very minor imperfections on them.




I have produced some rear brake switch cables to suit various options on the switches. The switches have different options with the connections, some have a screw on type, others have the soldered type. These cables have been finished with the "old" type of cloth wrapping to blend in with the look of an "old classic bike".




Powder Coating.
Any used genuine parts I find which can be returned to useable condition but require a strong coating I will powder coat ready for being purchased. These are dry bead blasted, which does remove slightly more than the paint, it clears all "rust" areas leaving a "rough" finish. The powder coat covers this to make a "smooth" looking finish, as well as giving very good protection to the part.




There are also sets of nuts, bolts & washers which I provide for various areas on the bike such as: swing-arm nuts & cupped washers, headlight adjuster nuts & bolts, rear brake switch mount bolts & washers & rear shock absorber top mount nut, bolts & washers.
