These are new, they haven't been used. One of the tank strips has been damaged at the front end of the tank strip which, they are still in a very useable condition, when in use the damage won't be particularly visible as unless you knew it was there. These are a cheap way to get the "new" look on the tank. This damage can be seen in the pictures. Please view the pictures as these form part of the description.
