This is a New Old Stock item, it has never been used. It is actually in excellent condition considering the age. It does have a little crease at the back, but it is hardly noticeable. It does have some very small amounts of surface rust, but that is very small. If you expand the pictures you might just see them on the front just below the mounting holes.
