This is a "crimped push on" cable, for use with the replica Lucas stop switch, 10141: LU34815 / 99-1028 / 60-0990 / 19-0916. The cable has been "bared" ready to fix to the wiring loom. These have been made in-house, with plenty of cable left for the connection to the loom.
